Now I got scared because I understand that in order to obtain the patchset to 4.0.2, I need to be a paying customer of Oracle (to get access to Metalink)… Is it true that for people like me who thought it's possible to use APEX without paying up, the only way is to completely uninstall 4.0, install and configure 4.0.2 and transfer our applications?
